If you usually spend the day in the office, put more food in the fridge. Keep any food in the fridge under the required temperatures. Pick some of it at night and prepare it for consumption.
Rice will take you an average of 10-15 minutes to prepare and you can choose around 60 grams which is an appropriate portion especially if you use the fluffing up type of rice. You can also choose pasta which will take you less than 10 minutes
Ensure you have a wide selection of foods not just a single type. Do not use the same kind of meat daily. You can alternate between fish and chicken.
Do not eat the same kind of meat two days in a row. This allows your body to cope with a certain type of food if you sometimes don’t get on well with it.
This should also apply to vegetables. Do not take the same type of vegetables day in day out.
Fruit is important but not a must although it is said you should take five in a day.
