Consumption of the right foods forms the basics of any post pregnancy weight loss. -Edamame: These contain much fiber and more proteins besides being an antioxidant that has low amount of calories thus making it an ideal food for mothers looking to cut weight after pregnancy.

-Lentils: These have more fiber in them and also have much protein thus keeping your stomach feeling much full. They do not contain many calories and are therefore good for weight loss after pregnancy.

-Black Beans: These are also part of the high fiber diet as they contain a reasonably high fiber amount when cooked. They are good for cleansing your system and contain more proteins to keep you feeling full for long.

-Avocados: – These are some of the foods that will make many wonder of their ability to help lower weight because they have much fat. It is worth noting that the fat found in avocados is the healthy type. They are very rich in fiber and that is why they fit in the list of post pregnancy weight loss diet.
