When we think about exercises, our mind move straight to strenuous workouts in the gym or lifting heavy metal objects. This is not so for kids as exercises may present a different thing altogether to a kid. Playing with other kids and staying active is part of exercising to a kid as it ensures the kid stays fit. Kids are involved in many exercises for example when attending gym lessons, soccer practice, and dancing lessons. Other exercises that kids take part in include, playing in the field, swimming or riding a bicycle and running around the house

These days, people are so much tied with their daily routines that only a few of them get extra time for exercises like running, and sporting. Increased participation in physical activities together with a balanced and healthy diet is recognized as an efficient weight loss plan and increases self esteem and social behavior among kids. Obese kids are confronted by a host of healthy hazards including type 2- diabetes, orthopedic problems and hypertension. Generally, fun sessions as well as kids fitness activities play a vital role in helping kids improve the state of their health and also promote healthy living.

Though cardiovascular diseases delay their appearance till late adulthood years, risk factors may manifest at early life stages. Exercising regularly ensures blood cholesterol level remains low thus guarding against these ailments and many others.

The mental well-being of a kid can be affected in a positive way through fun sessions and kids fitness activities. These are responsible for lowering nervousness and depression, enhance self-esteem, improve the self image of a kid enabling them deal with ups and downs of everyday life.
